Procure Proton Therapy Treatment Center

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

This new state-of-the-art facility is a $103 million, 53,000-square-foot type 2B unprotected facility, with a cast-in-place concrete and steel frame structure. The project is a very complex, medical treatment facility that required unusually stringent tolerances (in some cases sub-millimeter) for materials and equipment.

ADG acted as Procure’s “eyes and ears” providing on-site inspection services, coordination of architectural and construction services and effective team communication. Although equipment was constantly being re-designed and manufactured in Switzerland during construction, the facility was completed, and ready to treat patients, in a world-record 27 months.

ADG reviewed and approved payment requests on behalf of the owner. Daily site visits and inspections helped achieve quality construction and schedule compliance throughout every phase of construction, including equipment installation.

As with any revenue-generating facility, staying on time and on budget were paramount; ADG’s efforts focused on making this project financially successful.
