The American Indian Cultural Center and Museum is a vibrant forum where stories, arts, language, dance, music, literature, and other traditions are combined, providing visitors with a unique cultural experience in the Heart of Indian Country. The $175 million project is an iconic structure, characterized by a complex decision-making process and an unpredictable funding stream.

ADG was hired to provide a wide range of owner’s representative services including coordination and oversight of site clean-up activities, coordination of building and exhibit designs as well as project phasing and financial planning. ADG also provides assistance in fund raising, grant writing and compliance, coordination of art in public places, institutional organization, board communication and marketing. Working with the Native American Cultural and Education Authority, ADG has established policies to see that the project meets schedule and budget goals.

The American Indian Cultural Center and Museum is currently under construction and expected to be completed in 2014.
