St. Anthony Hospital engaged ADG to provide design services for a large addition to the hospital. Changes to the hospital’s exterior, including twin beacons atop the new addition, express the renewed vitality of this health care organization that offers hope along with its high tech healing.

The 22,500-square-foot addition spanning an existing four-story outpatient building required strengthening of all structural columns. Fifteen operating rooms were added along with supporting clinical space, family waiting rooms, a chapel and staff areas. Renovated space within the existing hospital is an additional 66,000 square feet.

ADG helped administrators create a campus master plan and worked to design a new identity for the hospital. A large surgery department, campus beautification and a 100,000-square-foot medical office building signal the beginning of a massive development with goals of rejuvenating the hospital’s image in the community and within the medical profession.
