Architectural Design Group Hires Program Administrator
Nicolle Franklin – Program Administrator
Oklahoma City, OK, December 17, 2010 — Architectural Design Group, Inc. announces that Nicolle Franklin has recently joined the firm. She serves as Program Administrator for the firm’s contract with the City of Oklahoma City on MAPS 3, the $777 million city-wide community improvements program.
As Program Administrator, Ms. Franklin is responsible for the administrative management of the City of Oklahoma City’s MAPS 3 program, for which Architectural Design Group serves as Program Consultant. In this role, she serves as the primary point of contact between the city’s MAPS 3 office, ADG and other consultants working on the program. She also works closely with the MAPS 3 Citizen’s Advisory Board and its citizen subcommittees. She is responsible for research, communications, presentations and data analysis for the program. Throughout the life of the program, Ms. Franklin will assist with all aspects of the program consultant deliverables, including the creation of the program implementation plan, program scheduling, community outreach and project programming.
Ms. Franklin has strong ties to the community, having worked in the past with several local government, nonprofit and grassroots organizations. Her previous work included research, grant writing, project management and many years of human resource management experience. Since 2008, she has served as Secretary for the Board of Directors for the Neighborhood Alliance of Central Oklahoma, a nonprofit organization providing support to over 350 neighborhoods in the Oklahoma City Area. Ms. Franklin holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
