Melanie Draper
Melanie is a forward-thinking and highly accomplished project manager with expertise in space planning and analysis, facility management, risk mitigation and vendor/consultant relationship management. She has a proven track record of motivating teams toward high performance, overcoming challenges and delivering results. Her notable projects include the Devon Energy Center, Oklahoma City Public Schools Facility Long Range Master Plan, First Americans Museum, Midwest City GO Bond Moving Forward and MAPS 4.
Melanie earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design degree from the University of Oklahoma. Melanie is a graduate of Leadership Midwest City Class of 2022. She lives in Oklahoma City with her husband and daughter, along with their golden retriever. She enjoys serving at her church in various capacities, serving as a trustee on the board of her daughter’s school and attending her daughter’s sporting events.
