<p>MAPS 3 is a 10-year construction program designed to improve the quality of life in Oklahoma City. The Implementation Plan guides the process. This document outlines the scope of work, current budget and chronological order of each project or project phase.

The $777 million construction program includes a new downtown convention center, a new downtown public park, fairgrounds and river improvements and a modern streetcar/transit system as well as miles of new trails and sidewalks.</br></p>
